Syniemi provides ML-powered audience engagement tools, including the Aporia question gathering platform for conferences, meetings, and events.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

5. Intellectual Property

The Syniemi platform, including its design, code, and ML models, is protected by intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours; you grant us a license to process it for service delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

Syniemi provides services "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
